In my new quest to be wheat free, I have struggled a lot with finding foods others would eat to save time and not having to create two versions. A lot of the time I can just go without the wheat bit but I also crave the simple foods like a good quiche (psst the last recipe). So here are 7 gluten-free recipes that I think even avid gluten fans would give a try.
BEST EVER GLUTEN FREE CHICKEN ALFREDO FLATBREAD WITH BACON
Since going wheat free one of the things I have surprised myself with missing is anything pastry-ish. This recipe uses a Paleo cracker recipe which is almond flour, egg white, and a touch of salt. Can’t wait to dish this up at the next BBQ or picnic.
GLUTEN FREE GREEK FLATBREAD
I still got picnics and BBQs on my mind. Must be all this glorious sunshine. This you can make the night before making it brilliantly quick and easy.
GLUTEN FREE CHEESY BBQ CASSEROLE BITES
These are great for lunches or quick snacks and super handy being able to freeze them.
PALEO BAKED CHICKEN RECIPE
Sometimes we just want something quick, easy, tasty and simple. Chicken on its own can get boring but this recipe snazzes it up just enough.
VEGAN & GLUTEN-FREE GREEN FALAFEL
Using tinned chickpeas means there is no presoaking. So another quick and easy recipe to turn to.
GLUTEN FREE QUICHE WITH POTATO CRUST
I struggle for alternative breakfast ideas and quick lunches. With a quiche and a paleo/gluten-free diet, it is going to be a struggle to get a good quiche crust with the nut flours. Instead, this recipe uses potatoes. How clever is that.
